  No fault of the young people working there. I know someone who worked at Taco Bell and how places like that operate, but there were 3 working out back. I stood at the counter for many minutes and then just gave up and decided to go puerto rican instead of Mexican, and when I walked out the door I saw that there were like a dozen cars lined up at the drive through. So no fault of the workers, it's a business model. In fast food that kind of approach sometimes doesn't go well with customer service. I'll try that a crunchy wrap whatever some other time.

  Rude staff. Tomatoes and lettuce in my quesadilla. Building needs some work. Both kiosks had issues.

  I waited (5 cars ahead of me) they all ordered and paid and got their food - I was still waiting at the speaker to order. No response after the last car pulled away so I waited and still got no response so I pulled up to the window and stated I waited for over ten minutes and received no service: I wasn’t sure if the speaker was broken and was there to order - I was snidely told “I was cashing them orders out AND now I’m taking the order for the speaker” and had the window shut in my face. I’ll drive across town to the other Taco Bell, the service is a joke.

  We arrived wife had to use bathroom and found a heroin bag in bathroom on sink. Took us 35 minutes to receive food and one of the staff was sitting in back of us eating lunch chewing with mouth open and food all over her face which disgusted my daughter and she couldn't finish eating her food so we left. Never had an experience this bad ever at a taco bell. We will never be stopping at that location again.

  Absolutely terrible. Workers were rude at the drive through when I came to pick up my mobile to go order. No one was at the counter when I went inside to get my order. The girl at the counter ignored eveyome and stayed on her phone.
