  The longest I've ever waited in a drive thru in my entire life.. 3pm on a Tuesday and I was stuck in line for 40 minutes!!! I was ready to drive over the curb

  Ive been going to this taco bell for months multiple times a week and have never had a issue but today i had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to even order my food which was whatever but when i got to the window the guy working handed me the wrong order even after checking his screen putting back the wrong order and then still going back to pick up the wrong order again and then while he was doing all this was holding up his pants and then when asked for sauce packets looked at me like he was confused about what i was asking im confused if someone can’t handle reading a screen maybe they shouldn’t be at the window

  The drive thru was painfully slow, I waited Twenty minutes in line to get my order. I will never do that again. I will order ahead. My order was not put in a bag either.
