  25 minutes in the drive through!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Was completely ignored at the drive through once I got to the order point. Sat at the order point before for 15 minutes until I got frustrated, stepped out of my car, walked up to the window and waived at an employee to let them know I was there. All the while cars were having their order placed in the other lane. Got back in my car and was ignored again. I eventually just got fed up and went inside the store where I was promptly ignored again. I just left. Taco Bell lost a customer, probably for the best.

  25 noinutes in drive thru...with only 4 cars ahead...the kiicker was window girl scoffed and laughed when I said something....never again

  Ive been going to this taco bell for months multiple times a week and have never had a issue but today i had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to even order my food which was whatever but when i got to the window the guy working handed me the wrong order even after checking his screen putting back the wrong order and then still going back to pick up the wrong order again and then while he was doing all this was holding up his pants and then when asked for sauce packets looked at me like he was confused about what i was asking im confused if someone can’t handle reading a screen maybe they shouldn’t be at the window
