  I don’t know the pharmacist name but I’ve had some complicated questions and each time I was treated with respect and professionalism. I sincerely appreciate that.

  It seems like there are a lot of people complaining. I have been using this pharmacy for years. A lot of scripts have to go through central fill which takes a day or 2 to get to the store. Poor planning on customers part by waiting until you are out of medication is not a pharmacy issue, that's a you problem. Tamara and Nancy have also been completely awesome pharmacists as well as being very kind and helpful every time I have been there. They can't make the medication get to the store any faster than any other pharmacy. Greg has also aways been very helpful and goes above and beyond to help me. All of the pharmacy staff at the store on 281 are very friendly and helpful even when they are short staffed. Being short staffed at such a busy pharmacy is hard enough, they are doing the best they can. It's not their fault and all you customers that are rude and impatient or accuse them of being nasty and slow need to look at the whole picture then look at themselves. Either learn how to be patient and sympathetic or go somewhere else. This pharmacy is constantly busting their ass to make sure you have your medication on time. And no, they never judge anyone based on the medication they take so get that crap right out of your head. Like they remember what every costumer takes. Also these negative people leave negative reviews on every business they go to so take their opinion with a grain of salt.

  I am not one to leave a bad review, but here goes. Recently very sick with the flu, finally able to get it together enough to get in the car and go get a decongestant. I need the good stuff, regular old Sudafed behind the counter. Doing my due diligence, I wore a mask, go back to the counter, I'm the only customer there on site. All six of them are working along, busy filling prescriptions, three of them within ten ft of me. No acknowledgement that I'm there until about five minutes in. Finally the nice drive through lady comes over and says, "hi someone will be right with you". Okay thank you. I understand how busy pharmacies get, my mother used to work in one. Continues for another five minutes, the drive thru lady comes back over and starts to ask me if I've been helped yet and finally the tall, blonde short haired lady tries to act like she's going to help. As well during the transaction she then tried to place blame on me somehow🤷, extremely rude. I've not seen anything like it, nor will I again because that was the first and last time I'll ever go in that store. A group of adults trying to "outdo" eachother in who could hold out the longest to help the customer. I felt like I was with a group of teenagers at a fast food chain. Unreal.
