- FSFrank StechSep 1, 20265.0Tabitha is honestly the only person at this Dunkin' who can make my special needs adult's sandwich correctly or even remotely close to how they actually like to eat it. That might sound like a small thing, but if you've ever cared for someone with specific needs around food, you know it's not small at all. Getting it wrong means a meal that gets refused, and that's a whole ordeal. As a former employee myself, I know exactly how things are supposed to go back there, which honestly makes me more critical, not less. I've had my fair share of frustrations with this location orders coming out wrong, drinks straight up missing from the bag, donuts that get forgotten and on a bad day it can drive me absolutely crazy. But Tabitha is different. She's the best GM of all the Cortland Dunkin' locations, hands down. What I really appreciate is that when a drink comes out wrong, she doesn't just quietly fix it herself and move on, she takes the time to actually train her employees on how to make it correctly, every time. That's leadership. She takes real pride in her location, and it shows. I haven't worked with her directly in almost a year at this point and only floated this location rarely, but I can say without hesitation that this location has improved wonders under her over that time. She always follows the measurements for drinks perfectly, and my drinks are consistently correct whenever she's on shift. Tab makes the best food and drinks at this Dunkin', every damn time, and she's the reason we keep coming back.

But instead she was ignored and charged for a latte so I’m confused do they actually train their workers to listen or do they let them tune everything out and assume the order was correct while not bothering to ask if it was

They made it all in great time and without attitudes, the croissants were also some of the best I've ever had in any dunkin location.
