i’ve been going since you guys have opened your cortland location and all the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. except this one dude. (jason) or something like that. this morning i had an interaction with him that just didn’t sit well with me. and i told one of the other workers that he was extremely rude and is quick to interrupt you. i asked for a large shake and he questioned me and and said “medium right” and i said “ no i’d like a large please” and he said “well you should get a medium” in the most disrespectful way possible. he needs to work on his manners and be more polite to customers.

The Cortland location is overcharging the community with a rounding up charge and stealing money from the customers ask for a receipt and they'll say the machine is broken or they don't give receipts get a screenshot of your order on their tablet and you'll see it for yourself . They don't answer calls and ignore emails but will say reach out with details all while defrauding the community

Place has gone downhill since they opened which is unfortunate. Waited 30 mins today for my cold brew and then didn’t even receive what I had ordered which I ordered on the app.
