Hoping this was just a one-off and not a regular thing but I think chipotle headquarters should be aware!

I would give them a break if it was very busy but there were maybe 3 people in front of us on a Sunday evening. They also were staffed with plenty of team members. I have been eating at chipotle for nearly 2 decades now and have never experienced this before. Sadly the team had no sense of urgency. If you are expecting to get out of the door quickly, beware.
