- VMVincent MorrisseyApr 28, 20263.0I ordered i iced coffee 2 snacking bacon the service was good the restaurant was clean. But when I left and proceeded out of the parking lot I reached in to get the snacking bacon it was iced cold and I don't believe it had the brown sugar or pepper.

I've had poor service at this location previously, but this morning was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a coffee shop. I was mistakenly charged for someone else's order, given the wrong food, given the wrong drinks, and then yelled at by the manager. The manager was extremely aggressive and asked how much I had paid and whose order I had paid for, as if I know that when I'm in the drive thru before work. When I asked for a straw for my coffee she gave me the nastiest glare I've ever seen. I live in the area and I promise you I will never return to this Dunkin. You're better off going to one of their Oneonta locations instead.

They need to find people that care about their job and know how to do it. Cooperstown dunkin owner should be notified

The person working the window seemed very annoyed when I asked about the refresher flavors. When we pulled around they had us wait 5 mins for our items. The store was not busy and I could see our drinks waiting inside. Dunkin locations have definitely gone down.
