The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and my drinks and food are always fresh and delicious. You can tell the team works hard to make sure customers leave happy. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop!

The employees were so professional in the face of outright disrespect and I felt so bad for the employees. My order was exactly as ordered, very prompt, and very polite. These employees deserve a raise for Hazzard pay with the delinquent customers they have to deal with.

Was told to pull up to an empty parking spot and they'd bring it out. 15 min later, nothing. I go in to ask about it and am told that it'll be right out. Another 15 min later and still nothing. I go back in to see if it's set to the side somewhere and don't see my order anywhere. Wait another 5 min inside and orders far past my number are being called. Gave up and left. Never ever again.

Then they call us for when our food is halfway done and as we tell them to cancel the order because it has been over a hour and a half they hang up on us… That is just unacceptable. The staff member Dave hung up the phone. He deserves to be fired or take some more training. You cannot hang up the phone in the middle of a transaction. All the other staff members were extremely rude too. They were not answering any questions and decided to give rude attitude to the customers and to the other staff. This Dunkin either needs to get visited and get some respectable staff or give all the employees some new training. This is just unacceptable!
- EEEdithAug 7, 20261.0No one in drive thru in front of me, waited 15 minutes for the mobile order I placed before driving there (roughly 10 min drive). My drink was the incorrect size, I didn't even realize it till I looked at my receipt..... no bacon on my grilled cheese that I requested (and paid for), and my donut wasn't correct either. Watched a young man go from mopping floors to scooping ice-cream without washing his hands or putting gloves on, then back to mopping floors, then he carried a small trash can over, dumped it into a large one, reaching into it to get stuff that was in the bottom, then he goes BACK to get the ice cream scoop out of the ice-cream case WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. 🤢🤢 Yikes.
