- KCKenneth ColeJul 23, 20261.0We are from Vegas visiting to play at Cooperstown Dream Park. We wanted to stop by to get some ice cream before the big championship, that was a mistake. We walked in around 6:40 p.m (They close at 7 p.m) and they looked like they were starting to close. We are a family and wanted some double scoops and a brownie sundae they were advertising. Once we walked in the staff member working the ice cream bar (which had white covers over them, mabye a cooperstown thing idk) looked like a deer in headlights. The manager is working the drive-through and one other workers is doing the Dunkin side. We start our order with a cone and a brownie sundae, once finished scooping the brownie sundae and after 10 mins of her walking back to get water for the scoops, she stands there reading how to make a sundae. She puts the whipped cream on and the cherry but no hot fudge. She then tells us, “sorry sir we are out of hot fudge” after the manager walked out with ice cream with some fudge. We just ask to give us the two scoops so she does and walks away annoyed. She then proceeds to take a separate order through the drive through. Between all of this she is talking to the manager through her headset then he comes over. The manager sugar coats everything and does not feel sincere. So we order the other scoops and leave with a cone and one scoop of ice cream. Never go here! Not worth your time and money! Head to the mini golf down the road or coopers barn for some great ice cream!

So… what’s the point of the combo store if the combo doesn’t exist in the drive-thru? The drive-thru line was already a marathon, so I just thugged it out with my Dunkin order and accepted defeat. Somewhere, my ice cream dreams are still waiting in the parking lot.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
