- MSMary SotoSep 3, 20261.0I went here on Sunday and ordered three drinks. I specifically asked for light ice in all three drinks, meaning less ice and more actual drink. Two of the drinks were filled with ice to the top of the cup with barely any drink in it. I took two sips and the drink was already finished. I went back and explained the situation to the older, shorter man working there. Instead of simply correcting the mistake or offering me another drink, he argued with me and insisted that “light ice” means more ice, which makes absolutely no sense. I am a frequent and loyal customer who comes here about three times a week. I even went back intending to purchase another drink, which I did. yet instead of taking care of the issue and valuing my business, I was made to feel like I was arguing over something unreasonable. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this. There seems to be a bad habit of filling the cups with excessive ice and giving very little actual drink. I have overlooked it several times, but I am tired of having this happen. Unfortunately, you have now lost a loyal customer. This is simply bad customer service and bad business. A simple mistake could have been handled professionally, but arguing with a customer instead of making it right is unacceptable. PS. WATCH OUT FOR ALL THE ICE THEY PUT. They need to go back to school because light ice = less ice. Does he not understand?

I brought my family today and she was rude to them. This is my last straw. The self order screen really comes to handy when I wanna avoid people but either way, as I went up to get my order, the confused hispanic guy was really sweet when handing my meal! I say he shall get a bonus for his great amazing service, shout out to bro I hope he makes it big one day and never forgets how kewl he is.
