  I don't understand why do you have a delivery window? But yet, lock the door so the people doing deliveries can't pick it up? If you don't wanna give out the doordash orders and the uber eats orders, then just get rid of the program.Why you gonna screw everybody else over? Because you're lazy, unlock the door an answer. How difficult is it to give somebody their order?It's already done.

  Took literally 28 minutes for them to make an order with 4 items, one of which is literally cheese in a tortilla. It wasn’t peak hours, the place was completely empty. Just slow and incompetent. Unacceptable.

  When I arrived at the restaurant before 12PM the doors were open at 11:55PM when I walked through. Then when I tried picking up my orders one man behind the counters cleaning the floor told me to go back outside and wait in the drive thru even though the store is still serving inside. He asked me “how did I get inside” but the doors were open implying he was locking the door before actual closing hours. Ridiculous. This store is breaking policy and treating customers rudely.
