  I’ve been having some issues with my to go orders lately and I finally decided to reach out about it. Not only was I refunded missing or incorrect items, but I was also given a coupon of $15 off my next purchase for my troubles. I appreciate the way that was handled and it makes me want to stay a customer! Thank you!

  I was at the deli counter on 6/14/26 at 4:45PM. The clerk behind the counter was cleaning the slicer machines. After asking me what I wanted, she went to the sink and washed her hands. She dried off her hands and both arms with a paper towel. She then came over to the slicer machine and wiped it down with the SAME paper towel she used to dry her hands and arms. Disgusting! This is a health hazard. I walked away in disgust. I reported it to the store manager on duty. She was quite upset that this happened. The clerk was either not properly trained or just did not care. This is how people get sick.

  After spending an hour and a half going to 3 different market 32s for their lobster sale and coming up short, I headed over to Hanford after seeing they had the same sale. By the look of it, the seafood section was closing down so I asked a very kind worker if it was too late to get 2 steamed lobsters. He and his co worker went out of their way to help me and made my whole Memorial Day weekend! Thanks again for everything!

  Woman at the self checkout was extremely rude. First refused to sell me a white claw because my partner didn’t have his ID. Then when the machine wasn’t working as we went to check out, she accused us of stealing due to a $3.00 difference (being that I paid for one of the items on a different card /separate transaction) I’ve never been so insulted just walking in and out of the grocery store. Won’t be going back!

  You send out large shopping orders that your store is unable to fulfill on its own but won’t provide shoppers/drivers with proper bags,⁉️ And by proper bags, I MEAN BAGS WITH HANDLES‼️‼️ For a safe quick and efficient delivery to YOUR customers? It’s an inconvenience to us, as well as to your customers. Also you need a scan and go system for shoppers/drivers. Shopping orders and then having to wait in line delays deliveries. Especially, when almost all your cashiers move at the speed of a sloth.
