Doing away with customer service altogether with store remodels says alot. It shows Hannaford could care less about customer service. Today is last day before the "Just for you" coupons expire tomorrow. The app is down, so you cant see which coupons you have. Tried calling the store and phone lines dont work at all, calls just loop continously and no calls go thru. Physically drove to store to speak to someone, being no customer service, tough to find anyone that is a manager. If app isnt working by tomorrow, you either lose all your "just for you" coupons and then was told when I finally found a manager, then I would have to call 800 number and see if they can send me a gift card for the coupons I missed out on. I think im done shopping at Hannaford.

I have been going to Hannaford when first opened years ago. They go out of the way to help the people that work there are friendly. If I have a problem ther I just try to work it out. Unfortunately you can't please everybody

Terrible customer service at this Hannaford. More often than not, Clink isn't open in the mornings. I was there at 8:30 am and the doors were still locked. God for bid you ask an employee if they can open it....you have very rude staff!

Beef prices getting out of control $14-24.99 on most cuts.
