Coming from someone who goes to dunkin every day and has 3000 points on their account i would absolutely not recommend this dunkin. I still don’t know how it’s open in genuinely flabbergasted. every time i go to this dunkin without failure every single employee has a guaranteed bad attitude. i asked what kind of donuts they had left and the guy sighed so loud. I didn’t get a hi or hello he straight up asked what i wanted. It’s unfathomable how they’re still open. my drink is NEVER made right idk how they mess up every time and it’s this dunkin specifically every other dunkin is fine. Please shut this dunkin down. every time i go to this dunkin i never leave satisfied. they make it feel like its bad luck to be kind or helpful to customers.

I normally have a pretty good experience with the nice gentleman at the window when I pickup my mobile orders. I place my orders and give at least 10 mins before I grab it so it has time to be made. Today's service was just unpleasant and rude. I pulled up to the speaker to let the worker know why I was there. Before I finished my name into the speaker. I was cutoff mid-sentence. Mind you I got between 5-6am when it is slower. After I pulled up to the window. The drink and food was basically shoved at me. She said have a good day but I had not received the donuts I had in the order. She asked me. I thought the bag was the donuts. So she responds with "that is the sandwich." So I look and it was the donuts missing. Which they never have ready or pulled before I get there. It is a mobile order and states what they are. Please do better not only towards customer service young lady that was at the speaker but maybe grab this ahead when it is a mobile order to avoid this.

Had to ask for ketchup and was given with a lot of attitude. Food was terribly stale. Main thing is work on customer services.

I sincerely say thank you to the a.m. staff specifically Wednesday May 6th 2026 Morning Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in fact sometimes I felt they thought I was rushing them because I was looking over towards where they were working but I was just interested in why the stream of coffee was not going in the hole on the pot. Very pleasant experience thank you
