- JFJaniah Frazier2 days ago1.0I’m honestly disgusted by my experience here. While drinking my beverage, I noticed there seemed to be an unusual amount of ice. When I opened the cup to investigate, I discovered what appeared to be some sort of bag inside my drink. I had already been drinking it, which makes this even more disturbing. I visit this location frequently and have always been kind to the employees and tipped generously, so this experience is extremely disappointing. I genuinely cannot understand how something like this could accidentally end up inside a customer’s beverage. This is a serious cleanliness and food safety concern, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.
- MDMichael Doherty2 days ago1.0went here last week to try them out myself. I just ordered a simple black coffee and when in the drive through they gave the car ahead of me a coffee and then they got it back. Looked like the order was confused or wrong. When I pulled up they were going to give me that coffee but I didnt trust the coffee so I asked for a new one since it was inside the guys car. They paused but said ok and I got the coffee with some coffee on the rim that I wiped off and a bunch of coffee grounds on the bottom. For a simple black coffee that cant be made correctly I wont be back.
- ECEdward ConorOct 3, 20261.0First time coming here, I ordered iced mocha coffee and it was diabetes level of sweet. I threw out drink after two sips. I would rather get Starbucks.
- VSVanessa StrevySep 29, 20265.0The staff was friendly and polite. The drink was amazing and wonderful!
- JRJack RSep 14, 20261.0I wanted to give them a try since there is such a cult following. I got a regular coffee, and it was so watered down. Tasted like coffee from McDonalds. This will be my last time going to 7 Brew.
