  This was worst experience I have had in a long time. Served bagged salad n the piece a chicken was paper thin rock hard no flavor. We were the 1st customers in there 2 other ppl came in after us make bigger orders n left before us. The girl said its because they need time to cook chicken. What bs. 14$ for a garbage salad. I would of uploaded a picture n posted this nasty dried out salad but my phone died. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. Also it smelled in there. Even other customers came in n said it stank.

  Terrible experience from the moment we walked in. There was no host at the front to greet or seat us, so we stood there awkwardly for about 5 minutes before someone finally came over. He seemed annoyed that nobody was covering the front, which already set the tone for the night. After we were seated, the waitress took our drink orders and said she’d be back for the food order. The drinks took almost HALF AN HOUR to come out, which is completely unacceptable considering drinks should not take more than 10 minutes at most. When they finally arrived, my mom’s beer tasted bitter and she had to send it back. It then took ANOTHER half hour just to get a replacement beer. At one point, the only bartender working disappeared for almost 10 minutes. How do you leave a bar unattended like that? The place was nearly empty, and it became very obvious why — they are clearly extremely understaffed and completely unorganized. To make matters worse, the server barely apologized for any of the delays even though everything took forever to come out. Overall, the service was awful from start to finish and we will absolutely not be coming back.

  ⸻ I recently dined at your establishment and had a very disappointing experience due to the service we received from our server, Chelsea. From the beginning, she came across as dismissive and uninterested, which set the tone for the entire meal. Our food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was not even served hot. On top of that, one member of our group did not receive his meal at all with the rest of us. When he asked another staff member for help, he was told someone would assist shortly. When Chelsea eventually brought the missing dish, she simply dropped it off without any acknowledgment, apology, or basic courtesy. The lack of communication, accountability, and overall rude attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed seriously.

  A horrible experience. Chelsea served us, very disoriented, and the service was terrible. We ordered food, and my partner ordered a margarita, but she forgot his order and I had to remind her. Then she brought everyone's food except his, and he had to get up and ask another waiter. When his order finally arrived, she reluctantly handed it to him without even apologizing for the delay. She didn't even ask if we needed anything else! What awful service! I will never return.

  First time at this location and I must say the service was terrible. Our waitress Nicole had such an attitude from the moment we walked in. The most basic requests such as water or spoons seemed too big of a task for her. This location wasn’t crowded maybe 5 or 6 tables and that seemed to be overwhelming for the staff. Our party had to go to the bar to ask for a glass of water and an even the bartender gave us attitude over some tap water. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
