  The automated computer order system is absolutely the worst idea ever. And the staff that took over sounded annoyed that they had to do their job . Not impressed

  Food was ob par with any other taco bell... but.... Oh My God the wait. We were the third car in line and had a mobile order... 22 minutes to get to the window then another 5 minutes at the window. We could have had table service somewhere for that time spent. Totally ruins the point of "fast food". Plan accordingly for extra time if you plan to pick up food here!

  Ordered 20 tacos. Was told they were out of lettuce. Fine. When we got home, obviously they were out of beef as well. Really wished they hadn’t ripped us off.

  I refuse to patronize a business that adds AI assistants to replace jobs. I visited here twice a week and I will no longer step foot on their property.
