  I didn't like having to order from the screen cause when I walked in there was no one to be seen, that is why service was a one star. The girl that took the money was nice and quick bringing my food although my food was cold.

  It's a good place, but it's not as family friendly as it used to be. It's a bit expensive. I personally am not big on Fast food, but my husband and kids are. You don't typically have to wait too long. If it is during peak times the wait is a little longer, but still not too bad. Always check your bag before you pull out of the parking lot, sometimes they miss something. Lately they have been fine.

  I dont know when it became standard McDonalds procedure for the employees to not engage with customers. I waited at the counter while workers passed by me, looked at me and completely ignored me. But this isn't just a the Cobleskill McDonald's problem. This is an endemic McDonalds problem.

  Tell it like it like it is the district manager needs to go to the Cobleskill McDonald's uncovered i bet the world walk out. This McDonald's doesn't have what it takes me and my family walk out the tables were gross and dirty only one cashier and a line of people standing waiting for the cashier..another time I ordered something on the menu they told me they can't honor it at that price. She told me that corporate change the menu price mean while it is on the menuw for cheaper price. I said that you have to give it to me at the price on the on the menu .he was disrespectful to me and my friend. I told him did you know that it's is the law if something is not changed you have to honor the price that is down. I wasted my time because McDonald's can't get it together. This McDonald's is harror show at Cobleskill McDonald's. I what to other McDonald's they catering to the customers and they make the customers happy so they will return to the restaurant

  Cheeseburgers are always room temp and never hot, they don't season the burgers so they are room temp and bland. For The price you pay, your food should be fresher. And the restaurants are not even enjoyable to be in anymore with all the new changes. They don't want you spending time there with your kids, they want everyone going through the drive thru
