The people that work at this location are very kind and try very hard. Unfortunately for them the location is horrendous. The physical drive through and parking lot are too small and impossible to maneuver if you're anything but the smallest vehicle. There is also no inbetween for how quickly you will get your food. It will either be 5-10 minutes or Ive seen other customers waiting for over an hour. Again. Imo this is more the company's problem rather than the employees because they have always made my food tasty and try their best to help

I was at DD in Clinton this morning. Only 2 people working. I put in a mobile order in New Hartford and it still was not complete when I got there. Cars wrapped around the building. Then to add insult to injury, the donuts had practically NO frosting. The donuts were blah. They need help in that store bad! If not more workers then an employee who can whip them into shape and help smooth stuff out .

Watched several cars in the line drive away because of the wait time. Staffing only one person constantly at your statistically busiest times is a poor choice.

They forgot one sandwich and got another sandwich wrong. I waited in line for a very long time and when I got to the window, the computers were down and they didn’t know my order. The workers were nice and did their best to fix my order. Clinton really needs to upgrade everything in that store. Something is always broke, I feel bad for the workers. Also, the donuts have no glaze or frosting or filling. They need to up their donut budget or something

Closing time on Sundays is 5 PM...I arrived at Dunkin' at 4:30 PM on Sunday for 2 Avocado Toasts and a coffee...I was not allowed to have the TOAST because the help told me the food station was cleaned up...You mean to tell me they can't put toast in a toaster and spread the Avocado on the toast and sprinkle on the seasoning and have it cleaned up by 5 PM...I am a Senior Citizen and I have never had such bad service in my lifetime...There were 3 people working at the time...I did get a free coffee because I complained but my husband doesn't drink coffee and he wanted something to eat...Do they want this restaurant closed down? That will put people out of a job...Why can't they toast my sourdough and spread the Avodaco on it since we were the ONLY people there...I tip them generously every time I go there and this is how I am treated? My son used to work at ROADHOUSE and if people came in late they were not turned away...If they can't serve food after a certain time, then they should change their closing hours because sometimes people expect full service up until closing time...They should change the hours they close on the door to 4:30 on Sundays...Then they should stay until 5 and clean up...
