  This place is absolutely garbage. They staff was so loud shouting to each other about their life problems the girl taking my order couldn't hear me. She was also untrained. I had to repeat myself 7 times. The order took 6 minutes, I was the only person in line. Inside or out. I ordered a hot beverage with flavor. It came lukewarm, no flavor. The lid didn't even fit the cup. When I told them it was lukewarm the lady said ok, and steamed it. Didn't remake it right. Didn't apologize. The drink tastes like garbage. Never ever go here. It's horrid.

  Dunkin hit a home run when they landed this exceptional employee. Alexis B. goes above and beyond for her company and her customers. Great work ethic that is hard to come by these days. She's a keeper for sure!

  Terrible service. Pulled up to the drive thru to place an order, they were "cleaning" every single item needed to be used to make any drink order we tried to place. How convenient 2 hours before closing.

  I walked up to try to order from the interior counter, to be met by a woman who was loudly exclaiming “I’m done with all of you!” as she vociferously exalted her complaints about working at this location. I really don’t like how this location just disregards any semblance of professionalism and instead is managed so badly that the only reasonable conclusion is they all hate their customers & co-workers.
