The bathroom was almost adequate. Staff and customers alike rushed with almost clenched excitement to the toilet. Food, no. Emetic pablum is what they serve.

I have had a lot of wing stop in many different locations but this one has to be the worst. They skimp you with seasoning and don’t give the right about of ranch. The wings were flavourless compared to other places and they did not put enough seasoning on them. It may just be coz it’s Clifton park but Wing stop is known for its flavour so idk what’s going on here!!!

Guess everyone else just got unlucky? Was a little hesitant to try this spot when I saw all the negative reviews, I mean, heavily in the one stars is not great. However, my experience was fine and dandy. Ordered online using their website, going with a 10 piece Boneless Wings (garlic parm and hickory bbq), a side of the 5 piece Cajun Corn, and a Chicken Sandwich (sweet heat chamoy). All together coming to a little over $25, with is slightly better than the Buffalo Wild Wings just across the highway. Looked like there was only one girl working there, possibly the manager? Luckily it wasn't too busy, in fact I was the only one there, but even still I could tell she was a little frazzled. I hate it when my coworkers flake on the job too. In either case, I got my meal and was on my way out. Back home I dug into the bag, everything smelled great, and the flavor matched. Garlic Parm was a salty cheesy flavor that could have used a bit more garlic, the Hickory BBQ was nice and sweet with good smoke, the Chamoy sandwich has the heat for sure but a with soft slap of fire not a punch to the senses, and the corn, while hard to really eat due to the small size, was spiced nicely if perhaps a tad too salty. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

I've given the Clifton Park location ~30 visits since it opened recently because I genuinely love Wingstop as a brand. The first 2-3 weeks were fine — I recognized some staff from the Schenectady location and service was acceptable. Not great but acceptable because the bar is so low post covid. Once this location got its own dedicated crew, it fell off a cliff. Owner — this is for you. Your staff does not care about your business or your customers. A few examples: 1. Tonight. I came in to grab takeout, a few minutes past when it should've been ready. The tall kid at the register actually acknowledged me — I thought, great, better luck this time. Then I waited. And waited, waited more. The Manager (as usual) was on the phone doing the whole "bring it back and we'll refund you." Everytime I’m there they got customers complaining. Meanwhile this kid had nothing to do and looked barely awake. He kept ending up with his back to the door as customers walked in — none of their orders ready either. He got handed a takeout bag and genuinely struggled to fit it on the shelf, folding the top down, taking forever (freaking painful to watch) — only to turn around and find the customer for that exact bag had just walked in. Head snaps back, totally blown away, hands it over. Then another employee bags my order and shelves it. He knows my name, he knows I'm waiting — he looks right at the shelf and does nothing. I assumed I was mistaken and kept waiting while he fiddled with stuff and chatted with coworkers. Finally another customer comes in, gives a name, he checks the shelf — and does the same blown-away head-snap because he'd spotted my order sitting there the whole time. It was like watching someone sleepwalk through a shift. His reactions to things were insane, like he was just given the answer to the universe. Is everyone high? That would be great and fine with me - but you’re at work! 2. Manager high on shift. ~9pm pickup couple months ago. Two teen customers at the register taking 10+ minutes to order while a shelf full of pickup orders went cold. The manager was openly high and joking about it — "glad I'm not the only one who's high." Nobody thought to ask a customer walking in "picking up or ordering?" I got my cold food to a chorus of giggling. You have to acknowledge customers when they walk in, ideally before they step off the welcome mat. If they are just picking up - why would you make them wait while you goof off with the teenage customers who are almost as high as you? 3. Zero urgency, off-peak. Order 10+ minutes past the high end of the estimate. Four people in the kitchen talking about everything but work — playing with the mop, in and out of the bathroom. My order wasn't even started. Why staff five people who aren't producing when two who actually move would serve customers better? I have a couple small businesses and over 20 employees and zero time - but I want to work here for a week. Thats how insane this is to me. There isnt anyway any of that would go down. I dont care if I have to send everyone home and figure it out myself, its getting done. 4. A broken recovery policy. Every single visit, someone is at the counter or on the phone about a wrong order. The manager's answer every time: "if you can bring it back, we'll replace it." You really expect a delivery customer to drive out to swap their boneless wings? That's not customer service. How are you in business?!?!? HOW. If I got one of those a month Ide be done for. To the real Owner: the problem isn't the concept, it's the floor staff. Unannounced visits at night would tell you everything I just did. Fire everyone, pay 2 people what you pay 5 and hold them accountable. These people there now do NOT CARE about you or your customers. Watch your cameras, play secret shopper, go undercover. Or maybe the real twist here is you dont care either and will refer me to the corporate site for feedback. Maybe I’ll buy the place. And holy crap read the other reviews, I guess its not just me. I’m so annoyed this is so unnecessary.
