  Clifton park Pizza Hut has a website that gives u a pick up time. It means NOTHING. Expect to still wait an additional 20.

  These Jerks.. completely got my order wrong. Chicken smells like doodoo and the order chicken is exactly what I did not ask. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering

  I order 2 pizza and 2 orders of wings from the Clifton park NY location after I tipped cash and closed the door I reloaded one of my wings were forgot I called the store to let them know they began talking in the background saying they knew but I sited I find the receipt number once I got that I told them one of my pizzas was wrong was there any way I could get it fixed since they had to come out anyways the manager Melanie told me she was unable to fix it as that was my fault and what I ordered so they would only send out the wings I proceeded to order caputos pizza a local place with great customer service however I wanted Melanie to know offering a solution that works for us both would not had hurt her she could have charged me for the pizza but ande sure it arrived with the wings she could have been extra kind being that my kids will be waiting and offered to only charge me an additional delivery fee however she offered nothing and it was noticed After the wings were sent back out waited an hour and called them back to say if they could just give me the money back because they had not arrived and Melanie told one of her employees to tell me no she could not that she had already sent them out with a 3rd party vendor like door dash or grubhub because they no longer have drivers I received no notification no information and at the time of this review and 1.5 hours after the mistake still no wings I would definitely say pick up and check your food before you pay

  Up close and personal. Honestly, a personal size meant for a child. I should have known by the price tag being under $10, but I thought for sure it would be comparable to Domino's. It was not. On top of that, they messed up the pie which only had a few mixings. Onion, chicken, cheese, and BBQ sauce. A simple BBQ Chicken, and they forgot the sauce. It was just meat and cheese and onion. Sure it still tasted alright, but lacking that BBQ tang lost points with me. At least the breadsticks are as good as I recall, soft interior, crispier exterior, herbs and spices on point, and the garlic dip was just as overly garlic flavored as I sought. Could have been a bit crunchier, but they still hit the spot. That said, they did mess up the order, so that's a star down. Plus when I arrived, the one guy there, who saw me come in, had me wait around about 5-6 minutes while he worked on finishing an order. Might seem nit picky, but I get to be that way when you forget something as simple as the sauce on a pizza. Overall, for $23, this might have been a full 5 stars, if they had just not skimped on the sauce.

  Manager was training a new girl and they both were very kind and professional. Pizza was beautifully made by the trainee and tasted even better! Hands down the best Pizza Hut upstate! 💯
