  The children you employ at this location are great at dancing and fooling around. But, they could care less about the orders that are placed and waiting for fulfillment. After a fifteen minute wait at the counter the order wasn't even correct. Pathetic

  What has happened to McDonald's ?!! The food quality has gotten worse but the service is so slow. I visited Clifton Park NY and there were 20 cars backed up in drive thru and inside 20 people waiting. Total chaos in the kitchen. When I worked at McDonald's in the 80s, I LITERALLY ran the register and cooked and took less than 30 seconds per order. Now, it takes 20 minutes to get a soda.

  The food is hit or miss but the service with delivery services is ABYSMAL. If Uber Eats let me change the location, I would every time. Their one strength is consistency. They consistently forget to include the dipping sauces that come included with my order but also the extras I pay for. Every. Single. Time. They can’t cook a burger to save their life. AND just to put a cherry on top of this sad sundae, they also neglect to include straws and napkins. I am done. I can’t keep letting them get away with this.

  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order. They didn’t even give me everything that was on the receipt, and the food was terrible. The service was just as bad. At the end, I asked for the receipt and they didn’t give it to me either
