I was hung up on by the ower/manager after asking for a refund on a burger that was not what I order and couldn't eat when I got home. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger for my wife all the way no mushrooms and a bacon burger for myself all the way. The cashier kept pressing bacon cheese burger for mine. I corrected here she deleted and again hit the bacon cheeseburger button. It took 3 times and finally pointing out that I did not want cheese just a bacon burger not cheeseburger to get the order correct. What did I open when I got home a bacon cheeseburger with noting but cheese and bacon. I called to complain and after answering the cashier interrupted me asked me to please hold then took care of at least a few orders had me waiting like 10-15 mins on the phone. Then picked it and was ohhh your still there? The manager then gets on the phones and says to come back. They'll remake it. I just drove 15 mins to get there 15mins back and now you want me to drive 30 mins again? I would just like a refund for my burger im not even asking for my entire order I just dont want to pay for something im not going to eat. She then says come in for a gift card. No i dontvwant to waste the time. I dont want to be robbed. Not spend gas to go there and back again. How hard is it to refund a mistake on an order? I had the receipt number. This place lost my business.
