- RRRajAug 13, 20265.0Petit restaurant en l’apparence mais avec quelques chaises et tables pour s’asseoir… j’y suis allé tôt le matin, c’était agréable… bon service rapide, atmosphère calme, ce qui convient en début de matinée et permet de débuter la journée dans la bonne humeur.
- TLTina LAug 4, 20261.0Not very good customer service. I am usually polite and respectful until they come at me with an attitude, then I will give it right back. Then they act like you're the bad guy. The manager will blame you for the employee's attitude and act like it happens all the time! Perhaps you should train your employee's better in CUSTOMER SERVICE! If they can't deal with customers without the attitude, maybe they shouldn't be in contact with the public! I have had a few issues and the manager acts like its an ongoing thing when in fact it is not! Be respectful and you will be respected, plain and simple. Its the customers that keep the business in business! I noticed I'm not the only one who has encountered the same problem!! So obviously its NOT ME!! The kids of today get their feelings hurt over nothing and apparently "Cry" to the manager, how sad, the world we live in! The employee that cried to the manager was outside and it looked like she was talking to the person in drive thru, as it seemed to take a bit. I was confused as to why she was having a conversation with someone, and holding up the line. I tried to yell out what's going on but was ignored, then I tooted my horn and she yelled back she was taking an order, because the intercom wasn't working! After several minutes the truck pulled ahead and when I pulled up to her she said you could have asked me rather then tooting your horn, I TRIED TO A FEW TIMES without a response, before blowing my horn! I apologized and she acknowledged my apology and said she understood and it was fine. Only to be addressed the following day by the manager saying she called her crying?!! If she was crying over NOTHING maybe she shouldn't be dealing with customers!
