  The manager (I think her name was Safe?) was extremely rude, and so was the employee, Bree. All I asked for was a little more cold foam, and what I was given was the same amount I usually get—even after I paid an extra $0.75 for it. When the employee brought the drink back out, she said, in a very patronizing tone, “Is this better?” as if I was the problem for pointing out that I paid extra and didn’t receive what I ordered. This was the manager I found out. When I called to explain my concern, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve it, the manager told me, “It’s best that you don’t come back,” simply because I said they should teach their staff some basic manners. If this is how management handles a simple, valid complaint, maybe they should focus on hiring and training better on-site staff so customers can actually have a decent experience.

  Will never go back to this specific location. The woman who claimed to be the general manager was extremely rude and talked down to me. I didn't even drink my coffee, I threw it out. Actually said to me " Would you shut up so I can speak? " I didn't answer her back because my grandchildren were in my car and I didn't want to cause a scene. I will be contacting corporate.

  Solid Dunkin experience. Drive-thru was fast even during the morning rush, coffee was hot and tasted right. Only reason not 5 stars is my mobile order was missing the extra cream cheese last time. Still my go-to spot though.
