- BEBrooklyn Enos6 days ago2.0I stopped by this store an hour and 15 mins before they closed on July 4th, asked for a small Oreo Coffee Chiller. Pulled up to the window before even getting my drink at cash out I was then asked by the young man working if I could give him a “tip”. Before even seeing if the service was tip worthy. Unfortunately I was not paying for it my husband was and I expressed to him it’s my birthday and if I was paying for it then possibly I would’ve given a tip for “good service”. After the older lady working brings me a small frozen coffee, no whip cream, no toppings, no Oreos. When I then said I ordered a OREO coffee chiller she said no you’re didn’t we didn’t hear that. She spoke for both her and the young man. Then proceeded to complain inside the store, drove through window wide open saying I made 350 drinks today and I never messed any up. This drink I’ve been ordering everyday since they came out and not once have I had someone mess it up. Then she brings me the Oreo frozen coffee with no toppings, or whipped creams nothing. I told her again ordered a Oreo coffee chiller that comes with specific toppings. She went back with an attitude then came back and said next time I need to be more specific and ask for the Oreo chiller and not chiller I had 4 other ppl in my car whom also said they heard me say I want a small Oreo coffee chiller. Could you imagine if I would’ve given them a tip when he asked me for one, then getting that type of service and attitude. If you want good service or treated respectfully this is the last Dunkin you want to go to.
