  This shop has absolutely become disgusting!! Obviously no manager overview. When i walked in sat..with only 2 guests ahead of me. We stood at least 4-5 minutes.. without anyone looking ir greeting us. The lady at register looked so nasty... after completing the order she had been wrking on.. stil not one hello.. turned and freaken grabbed napkibs wiping sweat that was pouring off her. Then she finally turned around and basically grunted at next guest and you could barely figure out what her mumbled words were asking. She was far the wrong choice to greet customers... Itvwas so gross... so long to watch i wanted to vomit. I turned and walked out. Totally stomach turning. What once was a good experience, has now been dissapointing the last 3xs. Close up guys... your nasty!!!

  Traveling through the area and stopped at this Chipotle for dinner. It took about 4-5 minutes per person to go through the line. They were out of fajita veggies. They were also out of shredded cheese and said we would have to wait for them to prepare it if we wanted. I asked if I could have some queso since there was no cheese and they said they would charge me for it. Eventually some cheese was shredded and I got a small cup of it. The food tasted good but sadly a lot of ingredients were missing so the meal was not filling. Additionally, the ice maker was not working and the drinks coming out of the machine were room temperature. The server was nice enough. Definitely won’t be back but hope things can change for the locals.

  I’ll start with the good: the service is great. The employees always seem enthusiastic, friendly, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, that’s about all I can say positively. Over the last two months, I’ve stopped in for lunch 14 times. Out of those 14 visits, chips were only available 4 times. I completely understand that the machine was down at one point, that happens, and I have no issue with that. However, on the occasions when chips were available, they were either stale or so greasy they were barely edible. The ice machine seems to work only about half the time, so it’s a gamble whether the drink station is fully operational. Despite that, there’s still an attempt to upsell customers to a large drink. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant has noticeably declined. I’ve given this location chance after chance because I wanted it to improve, but after today’s visit, I’ve decided it will be my last.

  Second time here within the past few months. How any place can have a dining area this filthy with garbage overflowing, out of drinks, out of ice, tables and floor dirty, is beyond me. This location is in need of a health inspection asap because this was not a one-off experience. They were out of multiple food items. I got the dregs scraped off the bottom and they didn't even ask if I wanted to wait for fresh. The kid behind the counter acted like he wanted to throw my food together as quickly as possible to be done with me, even though there was no one in line behind me. I'm not sure what's happening at this location, but it needs a serious upgrade in management. They closed Blaze Pizza down for way, way less offenses.

  It’s gross in there. I ordered food to go. My cup was in my bag which is probably fine but I had to rip my bag open to get it out. Most other places set it already filled next to your order or you just grab a cup. Honestly not a big deal just almost walked out without a drink forgetting I had ordered one. I go around the corner to the drink area. ALL 4 lemonades are completely out. That’s what I was going so that was a bummer. Then I go to the soda machine. Completely out of ice. So I get root beer without ice. Not very good root beer. I look around cause I was thinking of just eating there. Nope. It’s so disgusting in there. The floor the counters the tables. Just gross. I go back out to my car to eat my food. My food is fine. It’s hot. It’s good. But the chips were so very stale. And they gave me barely any.
