  Unfortunately, the last five times I’ve visited this location they have messed up my husband’s order. He is a vegetarian and on four out of five occasions, he’s received pork mixed with his sofritas. We love Chipotle and assumed the first couple of times it was a fluke. Today was the fifth. I guess it’s officially time to find a new location.

  I don’t know why we keep coming here. Place is always dirty with unclean tables and trash overflowing. Staff is miserable and they are always out of something, today fajita veggies , sour cream and no use. Don’t really know how the manager still has a job to be honest. A corporate visit to this place should tell all.

  This has got to be the worst Chipotle around. Always dirty, out of ice, etc and lately unable to order ONLINE you put orders in and go make payment and say cant and cant be delivered either. I don't have time to stand in the long line. The online ordering has not worked the last 3x I tried in the past month, no issue with other Chipoltes in area but since I work I can not go any other one, just know won't be going to CP anymore..do people a favor if you can not order online remove it from website!

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I am here often because if it’s convenient location (the only reason) and there are constantly new employees that never seem to know what they’re doing. No matter how many employees there are, I know I’ll be standing in line for at least 15-20 minutes. They are often out of key ingredients. Mobile Orders - Forget about it. They will be wrong and the portions so small. And the store is a mess. Go to Latham or Glenville instead.

  Would give a zero if I could because I am so mad. I ordered Chipotle for pickup at 6:40 PM, but unfortunately I accidentally selected the wrong location when placing my order. The location I intended to order from is only about five minutes from my house, while this location is closer to my mom’s house. I had previously ordered from this location when I was visiting my mom, which is why it was still saved as my selected location. I picked up my order, brought it home, and didn’t realize anything was wrong until I opened the bag. The bag had my name on it, and my guacamole was correct, but the bowl inside was someone else’s. Even stranger, the person who actually received my bowl had ordered through DoorDash and somehow ended up with my bowl along with her own food. She actually found me on Facebook to let me know that she had my bowl! I called the Clifton Park Chipotle to explain what happened and asked for a refund because I had paid for a meal that I did not receive. I now had someone else’s food, made with ingredients that I don’t eat because it wasn’t my order, so I obviously couldn’t just eat it. The manager I spoke with told me there was nothing he could do and that he could not issue a refund because it was an online order. This made absolutely no sense to me because I placed the order directly through the Chipotle app—not DoorDash, Grubhub, or another third-party delivery service. It was literally Chipotle’s own app. I understand that mistakes happen, and I even acknowledge that I accidentally selected the wrong location when placing my order. However, the issue with the food being given to the wrong person was completely separate from that mistake. My name was on the bag, my guacamole was correct, yet someone else’s bowl was inside. I paid for a specific meal and did not receive what I ordered, and then I was told there was nothing the manager could do about it. The fact that the person who received my bowl had to find me on Facebook to tell me she had it makes this situation even more concerning(because they have my entire full name on their order). I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled and especially with the lack of customer service when I called to report the issue. I hope Chipotle looks into what happened and improves the process for verifying that customers receive the correct orders.
