- MMMKOct 4, 20264.0The staff have been friendly and helpful. Bagels are great. But the place needs a total remodel. So much so that it’s really not comfortable going there even if there is good food and great staff.

Girl behind the counter took two full minuets to notice me because her face was buried in her phone. After they made my bagel, she continued to hold my bag for ½ minute while chatting with her fellow employee before bringing it up to me. Worst yet, the cream cheese was spread incredibly thin. Never again.
