  This Dunkin’ Donuts has to be the worst in the area for speediness. You’re always sitting in the drive-through for at least 15 minutes not even during rush times. The inside of the store is completely empty and the employees still can’t handle the drive-through effectively. It’s a shame because it’s the only one within 5 miles and has a potential to be something great.

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced! They are definitely all on something and not functioning on all cylinders. I’ve worked in food service… this is willing ignorance.

  This place has gone downhill so bad. We used to order every single day. Same order and it was usually ok but within the last month or so it has gone downhill dramatically. The orders are always wrong, you call there to speak to someone and they could care less. I ordered coffee today. Black with sugar. Pretty simple I would think. Gets delivered and all my coffees have cream in them…. My sandwiches are beyond charred. I call up there to see if I can drive up there to get my order fixed and the girl on the phone said “I’m sorry to hear that, have a good day.” And hangs up. Welp I’m taking my $40 everyday order somewhere else. Have some pride in your job!

  No matter how busy they are, they get you through the drive through fast and efficiently. Great crew.

  I have to wait in a 30 minute line when I have already order before I got here. Rediculous this is NOT the first time it has happened. Why isn't management fixing this????
