  I placed an online order and came to the store to pick it up. There were approximately six employees preparing food, but no one was at the cash register to take orders or hand out food. I stood there for about 15 minutes. They all saw me walk in, but no one greeted me. Another person then walked in and stood right at the register, and they greeted her and took her order before helping me even though they had all seen me walk in first. It wasn't until I said, "I'm picking up a mobile order, I've been waiting here for about 20 minutes," that they finally acknowledged me and handed me my food. There was no need to have six workers in the back preparing food and no one up front to attend to customers walking in and out. That system makes no sense. They were extremely rude and didn't acknowledge my presence the entire time I waited. I won't be returning to this location it's the worst service and worst location out of all the Wingstops I've tried.

  Waited way too long for pick-up. Music blasting in the kitchen, and the kitchen was slamming, confusion. Where is management?

  I have to say wingstop has the worst wings out of any franchise. I ordered wing combo extra well done .the wings was so soft , rubbery and tasteless. They need focus on cooking the wings longer and adding more rub when ordered and not the amount of orders they can do in a short period of time. Second time going to this location same result. I will not be going back ..

  Food was great. Idk why this place has bad reviews.employees were nice.food for our dinner for 5 people was done in 30 minutes.

  This is my first time visiting this store. Usually I go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I saw there was a promo for free 5 boneless wings if you sign up for the app, which I did. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and those 5 boneless wings. App took forever till I got a notification that the order was not processed. Also got a email from bank that my order was charged by wing stop. I spoke with a fella there trying to explain I was trying to use the promo for the boneless wings, and order a chicken sandwich which he said he can do at the register but he couldn’t do the boneless wings. So not only was I charged, couldn’t get my order, but employee there deflected instead of providing me a number telling me to contact store on the app. Wasn’t expecting my first experience to be this bad. I wanted to try wingstop, but I’m just going to Buffalo Wild Wings Go. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
