  The customer service exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The store is big and cleanly. The food quality is outstanding and the products quickly prepared. Also, the GM is really hot!

  So I ordered an online deal , papa John’s website. 2 items 6.99 each , plus a $6 tip. Somehow my total came to $27. The math doesn’t math. Then , after I ordered , and tracked my order. I was told it was being delivered by door dash. . Order shows up , some guy not in a bag , no English , and nothing was sealed. Cheese breadsticks were cold . Pizza looked ok. But I just can’t bring myself to eat something that comes from someone that doesn’t work for the place I ordered , especially since nothing was sealed shut. The guy appeared not clean and def strange. So I wasted $27

  We have been waiting for this location to open and it did not disappoint! I will say I personally had an oops with the pizza and I called to order a new one fully expecting to buy it and the manager at this location is a master class in customer service! Having managed and run my own teams in customer support, I can say they have made a loyal customer from my first visit! Thank you team for a beautiful pizza, we will be back!

  I know they just opened and probably need to get up and running to be efficient, but my husband and I tried it and I could’ve sworn I remembered papa John’s being more flavorful but also our pizza was undercooked. The dough was still gooey inside. I couldn’t finish a slice. My kids asked for little Caesar’s instead. We’ll probably try Papa John’s one more time in the future once the location has been open for a bit.

  I know there are a lot of strong opinions about pizza around here, but for me and my kids, Papa John’s has always been a favorite—and I’m really glad to see this new location open. There’s just something about it: the slightly floury crust, the familiar flavors, and of course that garlic dipping sauce. It’s the kind of pizza we all agree on, which says a lot in a busy household. This new spot has a clean, contemporary setup that makes it easy to pop in and grab a quick meal. Everything felt fresh and well put together, and the overall experience matched exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re already a fan, you’ll feel right at home here. And if not, it’s still worth a try—especially for that garlic sauce alone.
