  Avoid at all costs. Extremely long wait. One pizza was cold one was hot. One sat on the racks for 30 minutes while I waited for the other. Everyone else's orders were messed up to. What a waste of time and money.

  Dang. Would have been nice to have pineapple, onion, and bacon on my pineapple, onion, bacon pizza .... They got the money but I didn't get the ingredients.

  The Staff here is nice, and they mean well. It’s a new opening, and they only been opened a short time, and I imagine there needs to be some changes and improvements before this place does well. But every time my app says order is done and ready for pick up, when I arrive I’m usually waiting another 10-15 minutes before I get my order, which defeats the purpose and convenience of online ordering which I place ahead of time. Food is good, staff is nice. However this store, I don’t think it found its groove yet. So I’m hoping management sees this and is aware about the app/ready pick up disconnect.

  Went in today to try out the recently opened PaPa John’s in Cicero NY, they open at 9:00 am, lunch special was a single pizza 20oz soda $7.99, tried to order it, there wasn’t a soul in the place, the kid tells me it will be at least 30 minutes, they never made it in North Syracuse a few years back, I highly doubt that they will make it in Cicero NY either, good luck, I’ll stick with Toss & Fire down the road!!
