  I ordered DoorDash, and DoorDash doesn’t have the option for vinaigrette on the side which is a very popular request amongst a lot of customers. The dude on the phone said he will not do it for me again because I have called three times about this now, when that is far from the truth. We called yesterday yes, and still didn’t get it, but other than that have never done it. I don’t know who this guy is but is the most disrespectful worker I have dealt with by his tone, etc. It’s his job and this is unacceptable. We will no longer be eating from chipotle Cicero from now on.

  On top of the consistency of the food never being the same and a lot of times the meat being way overcooked. I came in on September 3rd around 1:00 p.m. to pick up a lunch. And I saw some young kid parked in a handicap Zone on a motorcycle then he came in asked for a water cup ended up getting soda anyways. With all the staff there you think somebody could step up and actually say you can't park in that handicap Zone clearly this person thinks he's entitled Where I actually have a handicap sign and I was not able to park in that zone because of somebody so centered that thinks he's above the law. Shame on Chipotle I feel like in the future you guys should really be paying attention to things especially with so many people during the middle of the day. It would also be nice if in the future you could get the consistency of the food correct. I'm pretty sure most people do not want to eat black chicken

  It had been a while since my wife and I had been to a Chipotle (since the CEO or whoever announced that us "poor people" should stick to Taco Bell). Turns out not much had changed in our absence. The food was overpriced, but tasted good. The employees seemed more interested in goofing around with each other, and the guy working the register forgot our cups... Immediately after being told that we wanted, and charging us for, two fountain drinks. As for the restaurant itself? Typical Chipotle - messy tables, messy bathrooms, and loud. My suggestion is to get.your burrito to go (if you can afford it in the first place)!

  I think this Chipotle is run very well. The front line staff is professional at all times. I also think the quality of Chipotle overall is just spot on right now. I get a honey chicken bowl and eat it for about 3 days. We've been going 2 times a month for about 3 months. If you change nothing you will continue to be successful for a very long time. Thank you for being something nice at the end of a trying day.
