  one of the only real/authentic guacamoles I've had in this area, no fake stuff in it. food is good & staff is too!! (I think the low reviews may only be due to all the restaurants in the area are a but short staffed..

  Ordered ahead (15-20 min wait per online) and arrived at 6:27, the girl at the window gave me an attitude about my order being scheduled for 6:30, not 3 minutes prior. Ok. Then followed up to say it would actually be a 1-1.5 hour wait because they were backed up. That’s not a casual delay, that’s completely misleading. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to come here. When I asked to cancel, I was told to “call corporate” with zero apology. Rude and plain. As I then just drove off without response as I was extremely irritated, I heard the employee bust out laughing about it with a coworker. If you’re that overwhelmed, turn off mobile ordering. Or have accurate wait times available for people coming to pick up. A half hour later, I get home and I’m notified that my order was ready, so this girl clearly just made up this 1-1.5 hour wait time figure. Will never be going back to this location. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

  I wanted to switch out a juice drink in a cup for a bottled soda. I said I would pay the 10 cent difference on the purchase price and I was told they are not allowed to do returns or exchanges in the store.

  It’s a Saturday night at 7 o’clock. We go to get some chipotle. Everything is empty no white rice no brown rice no black beans no chicken besides the regular chicken and there wasn’t very much of that and when we asked to get the bowls, we got a handful of a little bit of rice and a little bit of chicken. There was a lot of empty room in those bowls like that was acceptable and it’s not acceptable. They had five or six employees in there that were too worried about waiting on the customer instead of getting any food out to put in the containers to supply the customers. We paid but my companion was so upset he refused to eat his measly portion and walked out. It’s not worth the money there if you’re not going to have enough food to serve. In addition there were no napkins or container cups for the chipotle sauces. Awful experience. Chipotle needs to retrain and oversee its employees at Cicero location.
