  I I’m mad and piss off came in there had to wait bout 15 mins remind you there wasn’t anyone there so they wasn’t pack than we sit down order our food with this waiter that was very very rude she took our order down and gave us our drinks than we set there for an hour and still ain’t get no food everybody getting there food but we didn’t the waiter jist pass us and didn’t even look at us at all so we walked out the waiter going to say y’all leaving yes than say have a good day I will not go back there at all I I’m good thank you but no thank you

  This was our first shot at this new to go location. I ordered on the app and arrived exactly when the app said my order would be ready. My food was already in the “locker” when I arrived. The locker isn’t a hot hold case — it’s just a cubby so if you’re not right there when the food is put into it, it starts cooling down. I ordered 20 wings and fries and the wings were slightly less than room temp and the fries were so so. I’ll probably order again and see if anything improves but at this rate I’d rather make the drive and go to the actual restaurant in camillus.
