  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Arby’s. An employee named Tim was very rude to me and was also rude to the customers ahead of me. I had a coupon in the Arby’s app for free steak nuggets that I wasn’t going to use, so I offered it to the people ahead of me. I simply asked Tim if he could help me figure out how to use the coupon in the app, and he refused to help and was very dismissive. I understand employees get busy, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Great food, but unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the experience.

  The young man at the window was great, and we did a drive through. Food was hot and delicious. Sliders, priced at only one ninety nine each.

  Use to come here very often. But closing early so they can go home at close time? Arby's do better. Hiring lazy employees doesnt help you any. I watched 3 others drive away, that's all profit you lost.

  The food was super good, and drive through service was only a few minutes. . I was they gonna start closing at 10 pm. That's to bad...thank you Arby's, for the service.
