  I think they do a great job. Those people who complain probably don’t use their app, which lets you know as soon as your prescription is available. You can also see if there are any refills available so you can call your doctor and have them phone one in for you. Please remember that that Kinney has to somehow handle It on their own. Get the app, don’t wait until you run out to get a refill and be patient. I think they’re doing the best that they can.

  Kinney Drug in Chittenango has truly been the best pharmacy in terms of customer service. The communication I receive either through text message reminders or when speaking with the staff is always on point. The pharmacist, Mike, has been a treasure to work with and has helped me out so much over the last few years with things that have come up; so grateful for him. I would absolutely recommend using this pharmacy and even if I move to another town in New York, I will not leave this location. ❤️🙂🙏🏼 To all the staff, thank you for ALL you do.

  The pharmacy refills prescriptions when they feel like it they don't care if you are out of your medicine

  They are so incredibly slow! They never have prescriptions ready; unfortunately they are the only game in town. We need a more efficient pharmacy in Chittenango!
