  I walked in at 8:40 p.m. The door says it closes at 9:00 p.m. The woman behind the counter shakes her head at me, crosses her arm, and says, "We're closed." I politely inquired, "I just wanted to get a sandwich. It says on the door you're open until 9:00," to which she snapped her head back and really said, "Can't you see that we have to clean up? Can't you see that we're already done doing that? We're closed. I'm not making you a sandwich." I expressed to her my concern that the door said 9 p.m. There were 20 minutes left in their stated business hours, and I was just looking to get a sandwich for myself. It was just an easy one, nothing crazy. She said, "You can leave. We are closed." It's hard for me to believe the lack of respect for a potential customer that was trying to give them business during their operating hours and was polite to them, to be met with such rude and disrespectful interaction.

  If you are going to close at 8:30, you should update your hours to reflect that. Not turn people away at the door because you are cleaning up!

  Ordered pickup online and went to get my order When picking up owner rudely told me that for each item you choose "more" in the app (like lettuce and stuff, not meat) he charges $1.00 more. Beware of adding extra stuff to your order

  II want there and was not happy at all. The staff lady behavior was not good. The lady was so rude.She should be nice to the customers.
