  this location is awful. I stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. the staff just kept looking at me and pretended I wasn't there. do better. taco bell is the best but this location is hot summer garbage

  Ordered two different black bean crunch wraps on the app for pickup. Food was ready on time, both wraps had enough of everything we ordered, and they even wrote on the crunch wrap bag so we could tell the wraps apart.

  genuinely the worst taco bell. the cooks are trash they don’t know how to make the basic items on their menu. tried to have them correct my order and they made the same WRONG thing twice. how dumb can you be. and, oh, u want nacho cheese that’s actually supposed to be on your crunch wrap supreme? fear not, you WONT get it.

  Can’t speak to the people who have had negative experiences here, but this Taco Bell is an absolute gem. As an avid supporter of TB, I can say this is easily the best one I’ve encountered in the WNY area. Staff is very polite, I am often the only car in the drive-thru, wait times are limited. Where they really shine is the quality & consistency of the food. Haven’t had a single instance when it wasn’t fresh, hot, and filled with adequate portions. I have other locations closer to me, but will travel out of my way to bring them my business.
