Me and my husband just came in, and ordered thru a self-serve screen, cashier was too busy packing away end of day desserts to even say hello. Filth all over the ground, napkins, wrappers, receipts, etc. We spent 40 dollars for the new “salad stuffers” and for a STUFFER, you’d think that it was for irony, how EMPTY the roll was…. You could shake it back and fourth, there was so much room, the two pieces of chicken and lettuce they threw in there were flying around all the space they left. For FOURTY DOLLARS?! We got the “free” kettle chips, and 4 dollars green teas. 40$. The manager, and supervisor making the food over the counter, both wearing glasses, not a peep, no have a good night, no here’s your food, no smile. And your company has the nerve to ask, after I cashed my own self out if I want to tip these folks?! Get a grip! The taste was okay, but as for quality assurance, and quantity is on the employees, and I will never show my face there again, because you’re acting like you’re pissed off at paying customers, and doing a subpar job at promoting your new items.
