  ETA: I ended up reaching out as requested on their response to this review. After sending emails back and forth, we shared the image of the credit card transaction. This was their response: "Thanks for getting back in touch with us. Unfortunately, the information provided on this receipt does not match any orders found in our systems for this date and location. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and want to thank you again for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback. We look forward to showing you a better experience in the future." So basically, we are being told we lied haha. I guess no Chipotle at any location for us after this. What a way to destroy consumers' confidence in your brand. Ordered burritos an hour and a half before closing time. There was no cheese, beans were super dry, there were no veggies. We ordered 4 burritos with different ingredients and had to open them one by one because they didn't label anything. No utensils, napkins, or even salt packets or a salt shaker when we requested one. Place was filthy, no garbage can in sight, bathroom floor was completely soaked and there were even water puddles. Wish I had read the reviews before choosing this location, trusted the brand, will be sure to be more careful moving forward.

  Staff sucks unless you are there homie and they never have a full order everytime I come they are out of something got a simple chicken bowl half the stuff they didn’t have no chips no cheese don’t ever come here!!

  I stopped going here years ago when I started noticing a slow down in service, and the portions were getting smaller while the price went up. And now it looks like it's barely being run at all. Shut this place down.

  when we got up too order there was almost nothing to choose from, no rice, no steak instead of making sure the food was prepped and ready to come out I’m expected to choose something else and when I don’t want to the staff give you nasty looks and horrible attitude, staff were terrible talking so quiet then giving annoyed looks when you ask them to repeat themselves 5 times. Terrible customer service and terrible food preparation.

  I am never the type of person to write reviews, but this chipotle genuinely lacks competent employees who can do their jobs efficiently. Anytime you step into this facility you’re guaranteed an issue with your food or issue with the staff. It is a terrible experience and should not represent the branch chipotle whatsoever.. orders are constantly never fulfilled the correct way , Missing food items or undercooked food items. The list goes on and on. Hope there’s a severe overhaul to this place or some proper training amongst employees.
