  Probably the worst ran location in all of North America. This place has achieved something I didn’t think was possible: the service experience and the food quality seem to exist in two completely separate universes. The service can make you feel like you personally caused a minor inconvenience simply by entering the building. Meanwhile the food shows up tasting great every single time. I’ve reached the point where I openly complain about this location while actively driving there. I am fully aware of what I’m doing. I just apparently lack the strength to stop.

  Went in on 5/11/26. Apparently toilet overflowed. Bathroom, hallway was still covered in water. Dining area had puddles with remnants of toilet tissue. So gross.

  I walked in with 2 people ahead of me. Only 1 employee making food and also cashing. I embarrassingly waited over 40 minutes and when it was finally my turn the 1 employee disappeared into the back for a long time before I decided to just leave. I saw at least 10 other people walkout without ordering. The employee was doing the best he could but 1 person doing everything is kinda crazy.

  Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve ordered takeout from here 3 times, the first time it was 30 minutes after I ordered and I got there and waited another 30 minutes, but my order was right thankfully. Then the second time, I ordered a while ahead of time and when I got there my order was gone and I ended up waiting 30 minutes again. Then the third time I ordered later but still 40 minutes ahead just in case and that one got stolen, too. So I waited another 30 minutes and asked for compensation, I was refused. I was appalled, I asked the manager if she remembered me, because I had to wait 30 minutes three weeks in a row. She did not remember me, I remember almost every face, and I especially remember every face that had an issue with my services. That shows lack of care for her customers. Never ordering from this place again.

  I wasn’t planning on writing a review so I didn’t take any pictures. I have visited this Chipotle location at least 4 times over the past 4 years, whenever I am in the area looking for a quick bite to eat. My wife and I arrived there at 1:00 pm exactly on Saturday April 18, 2026. When we arrive there were 2 people ahead of us in line. My wife place her order and she was fine. When it was my time to order I ordered white rice, they were out, I ordered fajitas they were out I ordered black beans and they were out. So I told the server that I would wait for those items to replenished. There were 3 other customer behind me who ordered white rice and fajitas who all decided to wait for white rice and fajitas. We allowed customer who weren’t ordering fajita or white rice to be served ahead of us no problem. The issue was that the team was very young and lack leadership. Looks like the team needed a manager to prioritize the food preparation. One of the cooks brought out the fajitas and placed it on the grill, place it there and it was not being attended to. He went back to the kitchen brought out chicken and placed it on an adjacent grill. The focused his attention on the chicken and the fajitas was just siting on the grill not being prepared. By this time the white rice was ready and our bowls were prepared but now the bottle neck was the fajitas. This freed up the 2 people behind us who wanted white rice but no fajitas. I was thinking that there is enough chicken so why isn’t the fajitas been prioritized? There was one worker who was helping the person at the cash register and I was like why isn’t that person jumping on the grill to prepare the fajitas. That person was just standing around and the line was not moving. There was a point when there was no one to cash because the line stopped moving. We waited like 8 minutes before my order was ready with the white rice and fajitas. This is the longest that I have waited for food at any Chipotle location. Also, this location was not properly kept. The area with the utensils was very messy. The tables and floor were very dirty, with did food crumbs all over the floor. The floor needs to be swept and table cleaned. I opted to eat in inside my car vs eating inside the restaurant. I almost turned around and walked out when I first entered the restaurant. I could see that the restaurant was very busy that day with take out orders. So may be the kitchen and the young servers at the front who were very pleasant were overwhelmed during that timeout of the day.
