Depending on what time of day you come, you might get food that tastes really good, or you might get food that is completely unseasoned, bland, and honestly awful. Ordering online for pickup is even worse. Most of the time, several of the items you ordered in your bowl are missing. I had to completely throw away my pickup order. I got a bowl full of lettuce and salsa. What am I supposed to do with that? This is very frustrating. If management cares, they need to address and fix these issues.

Ordered the Carnitas bowl and 2/3 of the pork was only fat and no meat. Not a good value for the price. Staff were friendly but I would choose another location next time.

If you literally can’t get food made for people and we’re all standing in line waiting to order I can’t understand why some worker has permanently chained themselves to the register. This is the worse chipotle I have ever been to.
- DDDanielleSep 22, 20261.0Avoid this Chipotle. The food was bad, but the attitude was worse. I arrived around 9:15–9:30 PM with a posted closing time of 11 PM, yet the restaurant already appeared to be shutting down. The chicken was so dry it was nearly inedible, fajita vegetables were gone and I was told they would not make more, lime chips were unavailable, and multiple ingredients were running low. When I politely asked an employee, “You close at 11, correct?” her response was: “Yes, AND?” That tells you just about everything you need to know about the customer service here. Running out of something occasionally is understandable. Serving poor-quality food, refusing to replenish menu items roughly 90 minutes before closing, and then responding to a reasonable question with hostility is not. I paid for food I could barely eat and have requested a refund from Chipotle. Management seriously needs to review what is happening at this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.
