- VKVick Kalia4 days ago4.0Food was amazing and the service overall was very good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, except for the new girl in training. When I asked for no cheese on the deluxe sandwich for my kids and requested grilled chicken on the side of the salad, she kept rolling her eyes and seemed to ignore what I was saying. It honestly felt like she either didn’t understand my request or just didn’t want to listen. Other than that experience, the food was fresh and really good.
- DWDiana WMay 12, 20263.0We were in the area shopping. Since we don't have a chick-fil-A near us we stopped in for a bite to eat. We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meals. The girl at the counter who took our order was better than most counter service employees at other establishments. She was polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. The dining area was clean, however the bathrooms were disgusting. Our food was just ok. I debated between the sandwich and tenders. Ultimately, I ended up choosing the sandwich which I later regretted. The bottom role was practically tore into two pieces. The sandwich was put together very sloppy. I'm not sure if I'll visit this location again, but if I do I'd order the tenders and probably get my order to go. We've dined in at other locations outside of the Buffalo area including the one at the rest stop on the 90 and this one was the first bad experience we've had.

Servers Tran and Sandy were most courteous and helpful for this senior couple. Very clean store with real flowers on each table. Sparkling clean re st room was appreciated.
