  First I’ve been to all the 7 brews in the area during the first weeks of opening and this one takes the cake! Idk what the amazing ladies name that is running everything to show them the ropes but she definitely did her thing. Second the speed, the first day i expected insane wait times… I only waited 20 minutes from getting in line to leaving the plaza during free small drink hour too with a full walk up window! Also as an energy drink girly my drinks always taste amazing! Also love the First responders discount as long as you have your ID badge or uniform.

  This place is actually horrible with service. First off it’s just an unorganized drive thru, secondly there are about 3 speakers damn near in a row BLASTING music to the point you barely can hear. Now I just came here with my sister and mother, my sister ordered a drink and the service was bad. They sit and chit chat, having full conversations with their customers as others are behind waiting, for example is one of the workers gave us the drink, proceeded to walk back to the car in front and have a conversation with her, while we were STILL waiting behind. This business is SLOW and unprofessional you get a coffee drink for the price of what exactly? Aggravation? They should have never opened that store in that area or at least somewhere, they could have had an INSIDE ordering as well at. 0 stars if I could

  I’ve been a 7 Brew customer for almost a year now I’ve been to multiple seven bruises and I’ve never once been told to pull up so much. It was very frustrating and very hard for me to concentrate on ordering and the girl was just very rude and unprofessional and I told the girl at the window Haley about my issue and she was really nice and apologetic. Hayley was very nice and I told her manager, but the girl in the grey shirt. Lightskin girl, Slick back hair who took my order telling me to pull up so much to the point where I told her no because it was just unnecessary and then she was coughing in my face!!!

  Went here for the first time! Got a honeybun Breve with 2 scoops of almond milk, 1/2 sweet (cane sugar), with whipped cream! The 32 stops RIGHT in front and best yet... The inbound bus to Thruway Plaza also stops next to the Tim Hortons down the road! They seem like fun and nice people! Blasting good music, and genuinely had a fun time! Definitely great area for a 7Brew! With the Tim Hortons being down the road and this just opening up yesterday it's like Hannah Montana... You get the best of both worlds!

  When this location was first announce to be opened in this location I was not pleased at all. I am a local volunteer firefighter that drives though that stretch of road to get to and from the fire hall and was worried what this location would do to my ability to get to calls as well as what it would do to call volume in the area. SO far there have been no issues that i have observed and the line is kept in the lot of Tops Market as to not interfere with the flow of traffic on Union Rd. I have now gone there at least one time each day they have been open and have had nothing but a great experience/interactions with the employees. They are all very friendly and very helpful at helping me select items that taste great. They are also very good ensuring the line moves quickly and efficiently. I hope this location continues to keep the road clear of cars, the line moving quickly, and exceptional customer service. Kudos to all the employees and to management. My only complaint is that on occasions when I have been there, the music was so loud I could hardly hear the employee taking my order while they stood at the window of my vehicle as well as converse with others in my vehicle.
