The only reason I didn’t walk right back out was because I was desperate for a matcha, which, at $9, was definitely not worth it. There were three employees working, and somehow every single one managed to be rude. Not just to me, but to other customers as well. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing them by existing in the shop. For a place that’s known for quality and a pleasant café experience, this location completely misses the mark. Safe to say I won’t be returning. When hiring, maybe make basic friendliness part of the job description :)
