Nothing I ordered was made with care it was just slapped together without any effort and if you ask for Less ice in your drink understand that they will not fill it to the top because saving 30 cents for extra milk would be too much even if you paid for an extra shot of espresso

Orders take forever, 4 people behind the counter and absolutely no urgency in their approach to their job. One of them can’t even pull up his pants. The manager is nowhere to be seen, ever, which is confirmed by the employees. Simple orders are not even correct. Adding a photo of my coffee order and what it looks like.
- LLlamiyahMar 16, 20261.0VERY RUDE STAFF! it’s like they all have personal problems at home or something, not one of them could talk to me with respect, i made a mobile order at 5 and at 5:30 when i came it wasn’t even ready, that’s okay that’s understandable maybe your busy, there is NO need for the attitude so late in the day what is bothering you?? Every time i come here it’s a bad experience, there is no reason why I have to drive all the way to monroe just to get a decent dunkin, because the one closest to me is terrible, horrible service, horrible everything, I’m not sure if the manager is even interviewing these people well for the job. I then called them to ask a question and as soon as i picked up the phone they responded with “yes?” I don’t know who these people think they are but i’m never ordering again.
