When we asked why the door was locked, they told us, "We're closed. We can't give it to you anymore," even though it was 7pm. We understand that you may have had a reason to close early, but no one explained the reason to us. The amount they gave us for a build your own family meal was very small as well.

I asked for fresh chips, and they told me they were all like that and just handed me another stale bag. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog. This place is absolutely disgusting.
