  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The employee refused to give me lettuce even though it was available. She also told me they were out of tomatoes, but then I watched her serve tomatoes to the customers behind me. She looked at me and smiled while doing so, which came across as rude and unprofessional. I felt singled out and treated unfairly. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue.

  Worst experience ever the store was dirty. They were completely out of most of the stuff in the line and the employees were rude. Worst chipotle ever.

  They didn’t even give me half of the serving of the food. And it’s not even exaggerating. I don’t even eat that much and I was still hungry.

  What a horrible customer service experience. I preordered and came in a bit early to pick up my order. This was at 9:50pm. The restaurant was mostly empty but they couldn't see the order because it was scheduled for 10:20 which was the earliest time available. Most restaurants would simply look at the order and make it early to try to accommodate but not here. Here, they just said they can't make it with no further explanation and I just moved to the side to wait. 10 minutes. 20 minutes. Finally I approach the counter and notice my ticket just sitting there with no other customers or tickets nearby. I point it out to the manager and expect a half hearted apology but no, instead I get an excuse about drive thru orders having priority. My ticket was on the counter for 10 minutes and half the staff were just standing around - puhlease. Then, she proceeded to converse with some of the staff for 5 minutes to the point that she actually burned a burrito wrap. After throwing that out, begrudgingly she made my burrito and took her time to collect the rest of my order. As a restauranteur, I would fire this manager in heartbeat. While I love chipotles food and their training system, this locations service is abysmal.

  I showed up and it was packed. No big deal. I wait in line (25 minutes) I finally get to the order station and the girl who brings the refill of white rice tells the kid who’s serving to “keep them light” right in front of me. She whispered but must’ve thought she wouldn’t have been heard. I heard her loud and clear. They put a half scoop of rice in my bowl it literally didn’t cover half of a bowl portion size. I had to ask for more and still didn’t get what a usual bowl would have. They also Skimped me on my chicken and steak. The lack of portions are getting out of hand. Absolutely terrible service I would not recommend. DONT COME HERE. Better off driving up to Middletown or getting okaeri hibachi right up the street. Wish I didn’t waste my time
