  The refill station had no Diet Coke and no Coke Zero Sugar, and there were no napkins available. After I brought it up to the staff, I was basically told, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” I paid $3.10 for the cup, but since the drinks I wanted were not available and no solution was offered, I expected at least a refund or some kind of help. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

  Came here late at night and honestly this Chipotle was still amazing. The food was super fresh, hot, and tasted really good. The workers were fast, friendly, and generous with the portions. I asked for extra toppings and they actually gave extra, which is how it’s supposed to be. My bowl was overloaded and filled all the way up, definitely worth the money and left me sooo full after eating. Even though it was busy at night, the service moved quickly and the staff still had a good attitude with customers. You can tell they were trying their best and keeping the line moving fast. Everything tasted fresh and made correctly. The only thing they really need to improve is the bathroom. There was no toilet paper and the floor had pee everywhere, so hopefully they can clean and check it more often. Besides that, the overall experience was really good and the food quality made up for it. I would definitely come back again for the portions and fresh food.

  Terrible experience. Saturday at 6:30pm, not busy, yet we wait 30 minutes because there is no rice. Finally make some rice but only white rice available. Out of chips, rice, beans, and forks. So after waiting 30 minutes, not getting anything close to what we came for, and trying to eat with spoons, it’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

  I was served quickly, but the protein amount was small so I asked for more like the CEO said you can do and they didn't give me more.

  Not a good experience, I'm a frequent Chipotle Grill customer across the country, Stopped in this one very disappointing. Portion size, service seems quick and not much of a good experience. Utensils low stick and no napkins. Seem like they are heavy on volume but very skimping on the Portion size. Food not hot. Cleaniness needs working on. Really need to have a good look at the operation and what tangible outcomes you are trying to achieve.
