  Went in there to pick up up an uber and waited 15 minutes without even being acknowledged as employes just acted like i wasnt there along with 2 other drivers and 2 customers. One of the customers ended up sticking her head back there yelling hello trying to get help and everyone still acted like it wasnt happening. I cancelled and left after trying and being ignored myself. Being busy is understandable but leaving everyone to wonder whats going on while ignoring them is not. Absolutely horrible work. Bums

  Stopped by the McDonald’s in Center Reach and had a great experience. It was pretty busy, but the service was surprisingly fast. The playground was a nice bonus — you don’t see many of those anymore, so it definitely made the visit feel a bit nostalgic and fun.

  This location has gone wayyyy down hill. Complete chaos getting orders filled. No one knows what they are doing. Waited 30 minutes for an order that was placed on line. People also were waiting for their orders aggravated. This is definitely no “FAST” food. The manager there a little guy has his hands full. Not sure if it’s because he doesn’t know how to manage because I saw same thing with another manager that’s on as well. The young kids that are hired look like they don’t know what they are doing. A lot we’re just standing around looking like they had know direction. It’s quicker to go to another location and comeback than to order from here. Terrible service

  Stopped by McDonald’s for breakfast and found the menu options a bit limited, but the food itself was delicious. The portion sizes were smaller than expected, which was a slight letdown. Service was also a bit slower than anticipated, though it wasn’t crowded on a Saturday morning, so the overall experience was still relaxed. On the plus side, there’s ample parking available both at the restaurant and in the surrounding area, making it a convenient stop.
