  They don’t give you receipts and when you tell them that you wanted an ICED beverage they claim you ordered a hot. I told them I wanted an iced beverage and they all ganged up on me liked I didn’t know what I was ordering. Not to be mean, there is a language barrier, but if I said I ordered an iced beverage, then that’s what I said I ordered.

  So, for one, the service is EXTREMELY slow. 2. They put more ice than drink. Meaning they will fill cup to brim of ice, yet they put hardly any drink. 3. Half the time I'm waiting a good amount minutes for my order to be taken and to be given my food. for the service wise. The workers are extremely slow, I mean EXTREMELY. Manager I think was extremely rude as well. Very unprofessional, and has a very short temper based off what I have seen during my time spent there. Atmosphere wise is okay. I feel like just very cramped and compacted in general, it feels very slow paced as well. Do NOT recommend coming here.
