  So frustrated. I paid $33 for four sandwiches and two fries. I asked for 4 Arby’s sauces and 4 horsey sauces and told no I could only have one sauce per sandwich. Really!!!!! That is how I have been eating Arby’s my whole life! Now I have to choose? Just had a huge argument with my son because there was one Arby’s sauce and three horsey. And he hates horsey and my husband ate the Arby’s sauce so no Arby’s sauce for him. So now he threw his sandwich away. Total waste of money. And sadly we will not be able to go to Arby’s anymore. Huge disappointment!!! Today is may6,2026

  Terrible would right a zero if possible food was sloppy decor was horrendous and wait took 20-25 minutes just for ham. Another reason the worker was rude and was being really mean

  Where were the Chitlin sandwiches. Enjoyed the meat mountains though.

  They should add the sour chitlin plates to the menu it would really add to the experience and improve the food

  Employees are super rude. I just called tonight since I noticed they don’t have curly fries on their DoorDash menu and the employee picked up and hung up the call. Called back and the girl that (FINALLY) picked up told me (with a rude attitude) that they don’t have curly fries at the moment. I could tell she couldn’t care less. Great customer service(yes, that’s sarcasm)! Get better employees that care about maintaining inventory.
