  This is the WORST haagen dazs ive ever been to in my life. The staff is extremely rude and theyre EXTREMELY CHEAP. They try to charge extra for things that are supposed to come with your order. I’ve tried to give this place a try multiple times but im done. Please save your sanity and go to another haagen dazs.

  Very disappointing experience. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional toward our group. We came in with a group of about 10 people, and only one employee was serving everyone. Since our order was understandably taking a while, we politely asked if the owner could help his employee serve the rest of our group. There were no other customers waiting, yet he refused to assist, forcing our kids to wait nearly 25 minutes just to get ice cream. To make matters worse, one of my children accidentally dropped his straw. I reached for a replacement straw that was sitting just behind the counter, and instead of simply handing me one, the owner began speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. There's no excuse for treating customers this way. The employee who helped us was pleasant, but the owner's attitude completely ruined the experience. We won't be returning.
