  Health hazard. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Last night was the final straw with this Taco Bell. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to, and what happened last night was beyond unacceptable. They served me moldy food. It tasted off at first, but I assumed it was just my headache. Then I hit a pocket of actual mold, looked down, unwrapped the taco and saw multiple green spots. 🤢🤮 I’ve felt sick ever since and threw the rest away immediately. Absolutely disgusting. If you think this food is acceptable to serve, how about you start eating your moldy food yourselves instead of giving it to customers. And the whole “we’re super busy” excuse? There were two customers inside — literally just two people sitting at a table. When I got to the window, the guy disappeared for 10 minutes and there was nobody behind me. There was no “rush,” no chaos, nothing that would justify the mess they handed me. This location has had issues for a long time. They’ve messed up several of my past orders, given me stale chips, and somehow manage to oversalt everything like someone is shaking the salt shaker with both hands. Nothing ever tastes fresh, and now I know why. They also don't refund or upgrade your drink size when they're out of Dirty Pepsi. They know it costs extra, but instead of offering a refund, they hand you a regular soda and act like that’s an equal replacement. It feels like they’re hoping customers won’t notice. Between the moldy food last night, the missing items, the stale chips, the terrible service, and the fake “we’re busy” excuses, I will never return to this location. At this point, they’re one step away from being featured on Kitchen Nightmares because serving old, moldy food is a serious health risk.

  Arrived at 9:30 am on a Saturday. They advertise opening at 9 am. No one here.

  Why is it that when ordering from the app, the order doesn’t get made until we arrive? The whole purpose of the app is to order ahead and be able to receive the order ready to go when we arrive. This wasn’t always the case and just recently have they been doing this. We experimented through the drive thru versus going inside and it’s the same every time. Very annoying.

  First of all our entire order was wrong but probably because this guy sat on his phone the entire time leaving just one person to handle everything- even while taking our order you could hear him over the microphone still on the phone and asking us to repeat ourselves over and over. Our cups for our drinks sat there until after our food came out and while he’s tapping on his phone his coworker had to get us our drinks after doing our entire order alone because he was too busy yelling in another language to somebody over the phone so clearly nothing to do with work. As we went to drive away we see a line of two people in the lobby while this man stands here at the counter as pictured, on his phone.

  Took a while to order there’s a bunch of workers they hired like 5 of them I went to order they were very not fast like very slow and then when I was about to drive up They added extra cheese 3 of extra cheese charges on my taco
