Decided to try Taco Bell. Huge mistake. I attempted to go through the drive thru to order a soft chicken taco and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Unfortunately the language barrier prevented that and I went inside to order. It was the same person who I encountered inside! We struggled to communicate with each other and finally I thought he got it. He did offer me the soft taco free because of all the trouble. However, the taco was not soft it was crispy and maybe 3 piees of meat! The burrito was so spicy I could not eat it. Threw it out.The reason I even gave 1 star is because he tried to makeup for being an awful experience by comping the soft taco. Never going back!

I normally am not one to complain because I also work in food customer service but at this point it’s ridiculous. Call me unhealthy I don’t really care but I usually love eating taco-bell. A year ago I would say this place was good just a little slow but this is now beyond frustrating. For one thing, the people over the microphone in the drive-thru do not take their job seriously. They joke and don’t pay attention when taking orders. Again I work in the food industry so I usually give some grace when it’s hard to hear or when there’s a lot going on inside. They don’t pay attention and when they do take your order they usually miss things. Another thing is the food, I am constantly missing items, given the wrong thing or given food that was clearly not made properly. Finally the hours. I understand the hours very clearly and I am aware that when it’s close to closing you need to clean up. However telling someone that they’re not allowed to make a big order 30 minutes before closing. I can 1000% understand how big orders can be stressful for the workers and make it harder to clean up but at the same time that’s how the work industry is. You do it because your job and suck it up. If you can’t handle that maybe you shouldn’t have a job point blank period. Something needs to be done immediately whether there’s more intense training or firing the whole staff and finding people who can actually do the job without slacking off. I have been to other locations where it’s been close to closing and they properly accommodate to the customer because the customer is always right. I will not be coming here again which is really unfortunate but this is ridiculous when there’s clearly a pattern and nothing is being done to fix it. I say all of this because I come from a place of understanding but when it gets this frustrating it’s something I won’t put up with anymore.

Okay, your guys food is good but you guys did terrible with my family and I. You missed half of our meal and put the wrong stuff on my sisters quesadillas. The workers in all were nice, but you all need to be a bit better and make sure the full meal gets to most people. We were very upset about it because we were looking forward to it because it’s our first time seeing our grandparents since we moved here to New York and getting Taco Bell for the first time in a while. Please try to improve this. Have a good day.

Doesn’t matter if you order inperson or on the app you won’t get the right order and will be sure to miss items. Let alone a 40 min wait. Never going to this location again.
