Went to celebrate Mother’s Day and overall had a good experience with the food and drinks, both were very good.
We had a 1:30pm reservation. The appetizers came out in a reasonable time, about 30–45 minutes after being seated, which was fine considering how busy it was. However, the main dishes took a very long time to arrive after that, and the wait felt excessive.
It seemed like the restaurant was not fully prepared for the Mother’s Day rush. There appeared to be very limited staff working, with only a few servers handling large tables, which likely contributed to the delays.
Our server was very kind and apologetic throughout, but it was clear he was overwhelmed and doing his best under understaffed conditions.
With better staffing and preparation for busy holidays, this could be a great experience, because the food itself was definitely enjoyable.
My mother and I decided to dine here for a Mother’s Day meal and i was unfortunately not able to order a meal from their normal menu regardless of making our server aware of my allergy. Upon being seated we were provided with the limited menus for Mother’s Day. When my mother and I made our reservations nowhere were we made aware of them having a limited menu. It was not on their website, instagram, or made clear during the reservation booking. The menu was an $85 3 course meal. The limited menu did not have any entree options I could eat without removing meal elements so i asked our server if i could order from the standard menu since there were options I could eat from there. I was told that they couldn’t make any accommodations and that i had to order from the set menu. It was only after i asked the server what items could be changed to accommodate my allergy that I was told items could be ordered “à la carte” so i didn’t have to pay the full $85. I ended up just ordering an appetizer to be safe but thankfully my mother was able to enjoy the meal. It was disappointing that Plori was not transparent in limiting their menu on such a special day and then was rigid with accommodations. Communication and transparency are very important and I even checked back on their instagram and website to confirm that a limited menu was not listed. This instagram post would have been a perfect opportunity to inform customers however that information was omitted. I would be weary of dining at Plori if you have any allergies since they were not very accommodating.

So amazing! Our server Maria timed everything perfectly, drinks wine apps and entrees. Big welcome. Excellent fish and the appetizers were shared and delicious. Highly recommend

Maria was a great waitress. Beautiful restaurant And great food.
For the price they charged for the seafood salad, $45, the portion was ridiculously small. I mean, the base is orzo, how much could it set them back to put more than three tablespoons of it on a plate? Also, there were literally two small shrimps, four small rings of calamari, which could hardly be found, and two scallops, which were chewy and rubbery. A couple of the mussels were just shells. Also, they charged us $3 for an extra pita! Shame on them! P.S. In this picture, the entre' size looks decent, but that's a photo illusion, because the plate was very large and the food was just covering the bottom of the plate. Never again, for $45, there are many great restaurants which will actually serve an entre' size entre' and not an appetizer sized entre'! This place is just all show!
