- NMNicole MaassSep 4, 20261.0I have been a carle place resident since 2001 Needless to say I drive around in the evening for work and I always see this specific Dunkin always dead no one inside no cars in lot or drive thru so I decided to 2 nights ago treat myself to a brown sugar shaken espresso..with sugar free vanilla syrup and oat milk. Well besides me finally getting the drink that the lady made who works the drive thru window it was 95% whatever kinda milk they used and a half shot of espresso for 7 bucks but besides that the guy at the counter was obnoxiously rude and was aggravated that I asked for sugar free syrup and oat milk with a nasty attitude and huffing and puffin now normally I treat people with the same respect or lack of as they treat me so for this instance I decided to pay and walk away sparing him a verbal beat down of n the customer service field he failed in every way possible I can’t even tell you the shaking of his head at me and stare down was horrific. Totally bad experience I wish I could report em higher up but beware of this place

The location is so convenient that even after being disappointed I kept trying. It's like they purposely don't make your drinks right or something. The past three years I've tried this place I think they only made my coffee correct once. They always seem to mess your order up. I don't know why they ask how you want your coffee because they're going to give it to you however they want to make it regardless. I kid you not I ordered a mocha latte with one pump of mocha and they gave me a latte with 3 pumps of butter pecan and the sticker on the cup even SAID my order. They do whatever they want. It makes NO sense how they make their coffees. It's so frustrating because these coffees aren't cheap. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be telling any locals I can to avoid this place. Save your money and go to the location on Jericho across from the Starbucks.
