  So unfortunately I work overnights in canandaigua on Sunday Monday. I decided instead of going with Byrne dairy this time I would go with McDonald's I use my points to get a quarter pounder And shake as I get to the drive-thru to pick up my order I get told they do not do grill items past 2:00 a.m. and milkshake machine closes at 1:00 a.m.! So basically my only options are fried food but he does say he can do me McDoubles as long as there's no more than two.... Me being in a rush decide to take the McDoubles, terrible move not thinking that the man just told me girl clothes at 2:30 it is now 3:30 in the morning so these burgers have probably been sitting there for an hour and they were rock hard and terrible! What the hell is the point of having a 24-hour location if you only have fried menu items!

  Why do they always forgot the smallest things but i paid extra for it.. i’ve worked fast food and it really isn’t that hard to make sure all the costumers food is in there.

  These workers seemed overwhelmed by the amount of orders online , drive thru and dining room. I literally ordered one item and got the wrong item. People next to me also received wrong food. The drive thru line looked like a really long wait .
