The manager "in training" Lexi is incredibly rude to other customers and fellow workers. Refusing service, refusing to help with wrong orders, and yelling at customers in the front lobby.

They remodeled several years ago. Now they can't see the line at the counter. They prioritize the drive through and ignore the walk ins. Took 8 minutes to get our order taken. The guy in front only wanted a coffee. The two customers behind us were talking about how poor service has gotten. Food is fine for what it is.

I called ahead to say I was picking up an order. Heads up: even if you tell them you're walking and they know it's raining outside, they will make you stand outside in the drive-thru and wait close to 10 minutes for food that has already been made. The lady at the intercom was snarky, even though everything was already paid for and my food was ready for me to grab and pick up. I almost got hit by a car while waiting, and there was no acknowledgment when I walked up to the intercom. I had to do the most embarrassing thing, which was to ask the car behind me to pull up so I could simply say that I was there to pick up my food. I would never recommend coming here; in fact, I would rather walk the extra 2 hours to go literally anywhere else. They didn't even get my order right! This was the most humiliating experience.

So to leave a review of a McDonald's is maybe kind of nuts like who cares. I wish someone would. Before I leave a short review I need to tell a story. My mother grew up in California. Her father was a rancher. He married a woman with the last name McDonald. She had two brothers named Maurice and Richard. The two brothers did everything together. They lived in New Hampshire and decided to move out west and get into the motion picture business. They both got jobs working on building sets. They were later fired. They started a small drive in restaurant calls the Airdrome. They later closed it to remodel and to implement some new ideas. They opened the very first McDonald's in San Bernardino California in 1948. Richard designed the speedee service system where they could assemble hamburgers and milkshakes super fast in with the same quality in each item. They built the restaurant into many locations. In 1953 they opened a location in Phoenix which was the first to introduce the "Golden Arches." They eventually sold to Ray Kroc in 1961. They took tremendous pride in their restaurants and the quality of their product. So now with 10 zillion locations today-there's one on every corner. I think we all knew nothing was healthy, but it was a bulletproof product with no surprises at a great value... Ok so my review. First time I've been to one in a few years. Last time was in Elmira and it was so gross we threw it all in the trash. We went to the drive through at the Canandaigua location. We ordered... 1 Big Mac 1 Quarterpounder 2 Filet of Fish 1 Crispy Chicken Sandwich 2 Large order of fries The total came to $47 and change. We pulled up to the window and it was all in a bag ready to go. That was so fast! Got it all home. The fries were unsalted, soggy and undercooked. Remember when the fries all salted up and sitting under the heat lamps all crispy? The Big Mac was all bread. It was so small you could eat it one hand. The patties were super thin. Big Mac no more. Quarterpounder seemed small. Both filet of fish were super dry even with too much tartar sauce. Crispy chicken sandwich was in a foil lined bag with the item loose inside. Opened it and it was separated into its three pieces. All bad. How do you screw up McDonald's. Richard and Maurice (everyone called them Mac and Dick) would be pissed. I was too.
